Ally Sheedy
Alexandra Elizabeth Sheedy (born June 13 1962) is an American actor from the United States. Her first film appearance was in Bad Boys (1983). After that She joined the Bratpack and starred on screen in WarGames (1983) The Breakfast Club(1985) as well as Short Circuit (1986). Her performance in Lisa Cholodenko's High Art (1998) Sheedy received an Independent Spirit Award for Best Female lead. Ally Sheedy has been an American actor and author for more than twenty years. In the early 80s, she started her career as a film actress with the thriller Bad Boys. She was well-received for this film. The film was directed by Rick Rosenthal, other well-known actors like Sean Penn Esai Morales Clancy Brown as well as Alan Ruck also appeared. Her debut success led her to appear in The Breakfast Club, a comedy-drama in 1985. The film of John Hughes, The Breakfast Club has been hailed as being among the the best high school films.
